Social Bookmarking allows users to bookmark websites that can be shared with friends, family, students, and colleagues. These saved bookmarks are stored on the internet, not on a specific computer.

DELICIOUS - http://delicious.com Delicious is a social bookmarking service that allows users to tag, save, manage and share web pages from a centralized source. It lives right where you do your work—in the web browser itself. This tool allows scholarly citations for research / presentations.

SymbalooEDU Alllows teachers to share websites, games, videos, images, etc. by creating online webmixes. Webmixes can be published and shared with colleagues, students, and parents. Teachers and students build a virtual textbook of sorts. http://edu.symbaloo.com/
